Start your day with mindful movement and postures to vitalize your body for the day ahead. Breathing and meditation bookend the movement sequences. These classes may include both stimulating pranayama like kapalabhati and breath retentions, as well as calming and focusing pranayama like brahmari, two chambers breathing, Nadi shodhana and the quiet breath.

A Breathing Practice How we breathe impacts the state of our nervous system. This class explores how to observe our breathing while using techniques that bring us towards living with ease and presence. Each class uses asana and breathing practices tailored to those attending online. Anyone can join, and beginners are always welcome! Please sit either on the floor, on a chair, or laydown. Bed-bound people are very welcome. Reach out to me before class if you’d like to talk about your specific circumstances, including chronic illness, anxiety, depression, Long COVID, and other pulmonary diagnoses.
