A Shorter Practice

Start your day with mindful movement and postures to vitalize your body for the day ahead. Breathing and meditation bookend the movement sequences. These classes may include both stimulating pranayama like kapalabhati and breath retentions, as well as calming and focusing pranayama like brahmari, two chambers breathing, nadi shodhana and the quiet breath.
