After a year of repeated technological barriers and obstacles, in Oct/Nov2025, I built then launched a new website for myself. This feels like a huge upgrade for my ability to communicate with you about my yoga teaching and body work offerings.

Each week, I teach three online yoga classes through zoom. Since the online switch in 2020, we have cultivated a strong online sangha - maybe you can join us! From my home in Decatur, GA, I also offer private sessions for yoga and breathwork, Thai massage, Structural Integration (Rolfing), and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
