Today the students joining were 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, and 5 out of 5. There were requests for torso lengthening and rolling out our feet. We started with seated meditation and spinal movement, building towards supine & prone movements that take our spine “out of gravity, to help decompress the vertebral disks. We moved on to lunges, rolling out our feet, standing hip openers with Goddess variations, triangle and tree pose, before heading down to our mats for meditation, nadi shodana, and shavasana. Enjoy!
