We started seated with spinal and shoulder movements, before moving on to simple lunges and arm weight bearing, before holding thread the needle. We moved into belly down pec opening with cobra and yoga mudra arms before moving on to stronger belly down pec opening. After another lunge sequence, we moved to standing for shoulder work, before moving to our backs for a figure & twist before meditation or shavasana. Enjoy.
