Tonight the students joining me live were 2s and 3s out of 5. There was a request for hip-opening with the strap, and I mentioned I wanted to focus on opening side rib spaces, especially in the armpit spaces.

We started in seated meditation and spinal movement before exploring nasal clearing. Then moving into crawling twist we explored movements to open side ribs and hips. From there after reverse table, we moved on to our backs for Chugga-chugga and breath pump with stop relax go,  before doing hip opening with the strap building to stop relax go. Then we moved to supported side-lying for twisting explorations, finishing with shavasana, meditation, or legs up the wall. Enjoy!
