Today, the students joining me live were mostly 2s and a couple 3s out of 5 energy level. There were requests for length, self-nurturance and heart-tending, caring breath, supported fish, and foot massage. We started seated with meditation and breath awareness, before spine shoulder openers to prepare for caring breath. Using crawling twist, we explored half-circle and pushup variations. Practice also included belly-down & prone hip-openers, guided foot massage, and the foot and tadasana sequence from the Godfield program. We ended with variations on caring breath, seated meditation, and an option for supported fish. Enjoy!
