The students joining me live today were 2s and 3s out of 5. There was a request for deep breathing, and calming from the external world’s events. We started on our backs with slow movements, and an exploration of belly movement during breathing supine and  in twisting poses.  We worked up to mild external and internal breath retentions/pauses, leading towards mild Agni Sara during external retention. After a short prone sequence of belly movement and hip flexor opening, we moved to lunges before making our way up to standing for the foot/leg sequence from the Godfield series. After the standing sequence, we moved through childs pose and simple hip openers before ending practice in seated meditation on Silence. Enjoy!
