Tonight the students joining me live were 2s and 3s out of five, and there was a request for shoulder and spine movement after sitting at a desk all day. We started with seated movements for breathing, shoulders, and spine, before supported fish with two chambers breathing. After a side lying twisting sequence, we moved on to our backs for supported bridge with two chambers breathing. We finished with seated forward folds and twists, before ending practice in legs up the wall for shavasana. Enjoy!
