Today the students joining me were 1, 2s ,and 3s out of 5. There were requests for helping out feet, as well spinal lengthening. We started with seated spinal movement and breathing, before moving onto our our backs then sidling for spine opening and hip explorations. I spent time in today’s practice using stop relax go in breathing and postures to help let go of excess engagement. We also explored before/after sensations as we progressed through the standing sequence of awakening the function of deep hip muscles for movement and stationary stability. Enjoy!
