Today the students joining me were 2s and 3s out of 5, and there was a request for helping with lower back pain in the right SI joint radiating towards the IT band.

We started seated with simple movements to awaken the neck and tailbone space, before moving to table for movements to awaken the spine and hip muscles using lunge and crawling lunge shapes. We moved onto our back for foot press explorations to encourage SI joint release and glut activation and release, followed by twisting movements. Then we finished practice seated forward fold circling options before seated meditation. Enjoy!
