2026Feb12 - A Breathing Practice
Tonight the student’s joining me were 2s and a 3 out of 5, and there were no requests. I focused tonight’s practice on opening side rib spaces to allow for ease in breathing. We started seated tonight before moving towards kneeling and then belly down. Practice ended our backs, with an option for seated meditation at the end. Enjoy!
