Today, the students joining me were 2s and 3s out of 5, and there were requests for moving to wake up and warm up, plus Nadi shodhana relieving nasal congestion
We started with seated movement before humming and nasal clearing to open sinuses. We moved on to kneeling lunge explorations and down dog, before moving to prone back bends and supine twists. To awaken psoas, we explored breath pump with strong leg variations. We made it to standing to triangle and side bending variations, before heading back to the floor for Nadi shodhana and meditation.
