Today the students joining me live were 2s and 3s out of 5, and there were requests for heart/chest opening, and calming down median nerve pain radiating to the middle fingers. We started with seated movements to open neck and shoulders to release the muscles where the arms’ nerves come out of the cervical spine. We then progressed through a series of postures and movements to release any gripping around the brachial plexus region near the upper armpits and increase the shoulder blades’ ability to move and glide. Be safe with today’s practice, and never hold anything that is causing pain or discomfort. Enjoy!
