Today, the students joining me were 1s, 2s, and 3s out of 5. There were requests for warming up from the cold, rabbit pose (Shasasana), and body lengthening.

Today was a dynamic practice starting on our back, progressing to kneeling and then belly down, before moving towards standing balance poses, and finishing with seated meditation or shavasana. Keep yourself safe. Enjoy!
