Today the students joining me were 3s out 5, and there was a request for the eye movement patterns that we were doing back in the 2020 shutdown days. We started today with seated spinal, neck, and shoulder movements before exploring different eye movement patterns. We then moved onto our backs for “out of gravity” movements, before moving to table pose for lunge explorations. After down dog, we transitioned to standing for tree pose, and for tree pose with eye movements. We concluded today with seated meditation- witness, humming, and meditation.
