Tonight, the students joining me were 3s and a 1 out of 5, and there were requests for balance and torso lengthening. Also, people were tired. We started with seated spinal movements and meditation before moving to our backs for spinal opening and foot presses, followed by two chambers breathing. We then explored a side bending shape on the floor with two-chambers breathing. After some figure and foot massage, we made our way to standing for Rainbows, rolling out our feet, and repeating rainbows. Standing tonight finished with rainbow movements. After returning to the floor we resisted foot presses before shavasana. Enjoy!
