2025Sep04 - A Breathing Practice

Tonight, the student's joining me were 1s & 2s out of 5. There were requests for stuff for hands after weight lifting, neck & shoulders, as well as for balance (inside and in posture).

We started on our backs with shavasana and breath awareness. Then after supine hip and spine movements, we explored belly breathing ideas, before developing side body breathing, and concluding with one breath belly, one breath ribs. After another shavasana, we made our way to standing balance exploration to utilize and further develop the side body awakening and opening. We finished with seated shoulder and neck movements before nadi shodhana, meditation, and eventual shavasana. Enjoy!
