Tonight, those joining me were 2s and 3 out of five, and there were no requests. The practice spent the first half on our backs with some sneaky ab work, followed by kneeing spinal movements, before repositioning against the wall for legs up the wall. Practice ends with some seated movements before choosing either seated meditation or shavasana to end our shared time.
During this practice, we explored the intercostal spaces with movement, shape and breath, focusing visualize the spaces between the ribs expanding with inhale, and softening with exhale, the tiger stripe imagery. Enjoy.
