Today the students joining me live were 3s and 4s out of 5, and there were requests for Leonardos, neck/shoulders, and twists.

Props: blanket (at the beginning, I mention a strap, however, I forgot to do the strap sequence I had planned. Ooops!)

Pranayama, 4parts to breath, humming, nasal clearing, paying attention to the transitions between air moving and air stopping, looking for smoothness

I offered lots of encouragement today to choose when you’ll make your pose transitions. This practice empowers you to be aware of inner and outer environment, making conscious choices when and how to change to the next thing.

The peak of the practice is Leonardos, and belly down back bending twist. To balance the back bending of the Leonardos, I included sneaky abs throughout, even with humming, and well as several supine twist options.
