Tonight the students joining me were 2s, a 3 and a 4. There were requests for rolling out our feet, as well as finding calm breathing to discharge the world.

In tonight’s practice we focus on the Quiet Breath, Two Chambers Breathing, and experience meditation on the Time Cradle.
We start seated tonight, then move to our backs for an extended experience before slow rising to standing. Practice ends in seated mediation or shavasana.
