Today the students joining me live were 3 and 4s. There was a request for twists and standing poses. We explored using two-chambers breathing in several poses throughout.

We start with a Standing sequence - Mountain, Squat, Warrior, Goddess, Side bend, Forward Fold. The work to the floor for a mid practice shavasana, then a hip and spine mobility sequence, with sneaky abs & core engagements. After some self flow, we end seated Nadi shodhana and meditation. Enjoy!
