Today the students joining me live were 2s and 3s out of 5, and there were requests for neck work, twists, and thread the needle.

Props: a blanket, your mat, and your body.

We started with seated mediation and then spine/neck movements before moving to lunges and leg/hip movements. From there we explored belly down backbends before moving towards standing for ankle balance and squatitng twists explorations to prep for dancer pose. We returned to the floor through malasana (squatting) and finished with crawling twist/pigeon. Practice today concluded with a meditation on the 5 aspects of the divine, focusing on opening awareness to what is concealed. Enjoy!
