2025Oct09 - A Breathing Practice
Props: Bolster, and a tennis ball or spiky ball
I led this practice like I would for first time students, new to practicing with me, new to yoga, and new to meditation. Tonight, the student’s joining me live were 2s and 3s out of 5. We start on our backs for the first half of practice before moving to standing to roll out our feet with a tennis ball. Practice ends seated or lying on your back in shavasana.
