Tonight, the students joining me were lower energy numbers, with one person in-hospital post surgery, another recovering from COVID, and two people very low energy.
Most of tonight’s practice was laying down, with a focus on shoulders and very simple abdominal engagements. Enjoy! We practiced 4 parts of the breath, tongue circles, and built practice towards 2 chambers breathing with stop relax go.
