Today, those joining me were 2s, 3s, and 4s out of 5, and there was a request for relieving neck and shoulder stiffness. The students attending were regular attendees, so we worked a bit stronger, and with less beginner explanation.

We started seated with simple shoulder and neck movements, prepping for nasal clearing. Then we moved to stronger movements in table, supine, then prone for shoulders and spine engagements. Poses today include downdog with dog split options, up dog, pigeon, seated forward fold, sphinx, Leonardos, and belly down boat variations. We ended in seated meditation, and you can choose shavasana instead. Enjoy!
