Tonight, the students joining me live were 2s and 3s out of 5. There were requests for rolling out our feet, knee down twist and bridge variations, plus anything to help with having sat in a car driving all day.
We started with Standing mediation, before some standing simple spinal movements, prepping us to rollout our feet and see what hat supports us. After some standing forward folds and shoulder opening we made our way to the floor for chugga chugga, plus twists and bridge exploration, then went belly down (prone) for hip flexor release, before heading back to supine (our backs) to finish off our movement sequence. Practice tonight ends in shavasana with a detailed meditation on left then right body scan of the nostril, lung and torso spaces. Thanks for joining! Enjoy!
